Karyn was great! Whenever we had questions or concerns, she responded quickly and was always available to show us homes. Without her, we would not have found our home.

Patrick has helped me both buy a home and sell one. I was absolutely delighted with both end results. Patrick has always listened and paid attention to the details of what I hoped would be the final outcomes. He kept me well-informed about availability of homes in which I might be interested, and about the many ways he was marketing the home he helped me sell. He approached both the purchase and sale with persistence and creativity. He showed patience with me as I made decisions and honored those decisions. I was certainly grateful for his guidance and protection when challenges arose! His sense of humor and knowledge of real estate options often calmed my apprehension in the big decisions of buying and selling property. In both instances, I felt I was on the receiving end of the best possible deals.

The donation procedure was fluent the service efficient but the machines sometimes malfunction.
